How do I place an order online?+
Select your services and add them to your cart, upload your files, then fill in your contact details and proceed to pay via Paystack. After payment, you'll receive a receipt and be redirected to WhatsApp where our team will confirm your order.
Most standard print jobs (A4 color or B&W printing, photocopying, lamination) are ready same-day...
How does free delivery work?+
Orders totalling 150 pages or more qualify for free delivery to Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and Lekki (up to Eleganza). For other areas, customers can arrange their own dispatch via Uber Package, Bolt Send, or a preferred dispatch rider. We do not add delivery fees.
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PSD files. For best print quality, please upload PDFs at 300 DPI or higher. You can also walk in with files on a USB drive.
How do bulk discounts work?+
Bulk discounts apply automatically to per-page printing services. If a single line item totals 100–179 pages, you get 10% off that item. If a single line item is 180 pages or more, you get 20% off. Discounts are applied per service line in your cart.
How do you handle my documents and personal data?+
Your privacy is important to us. All documents uploaded or submitted to Printory are used strictly for printing purposes and are permanently deleted from our systems immediately after your order is fulfilled. We do not store, share, or sell your files or personal information to any third party. Your data stays yours — always.
Is online payment secure?+
Yes. We use Paystack, one of Africa's most trusted payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our systems — all transactions are processed through Paystack's encrypted infrastructure.
Why does the payment page show "Tek2kloud Solutions Ltd"?+
No cause for alarm. Printory (Printory Nigeria Limited) operates under Tek2kloud Solutions Ltd, our parent technology and business services company. When you proceed to pay via Paystack, you will see "Tek2kloud Solutions Ltd" as the merchant name — this is completely normal and your payment is fully secure. Your receipt and order confirmation will reference your Printory order as usual.
